Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the planning, coordination and support of customer projects
• Proactive project management incl. budget control
• Telephone and personal customer advice and support
• Interface management: Coordination of project-related cooperation and constant
Exchange with our graphics and external service providers
• Support and cooperation with various online shops that we offer to our customers

Your profile

• A completed degree in the field of communication or marketing or a comparable one
training in marketing, advertising, social media or PR
• Positive attitude, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Distinctive planning and organizational skills as well as adherence to deadlines
• Diplomatic skills, strong service mentality and a winning attitude
Appear
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good command of the standard Microsoft Office programs
• We work with Apple computers – experience with them would be perfect

Your tasks

  • Recording and posting of goods receipts
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Management of warehouse stocks/clearance of pallets
  • Control of goods for quality and condition
  • Transfer trips between the company locations
  • Execution of packaging according to customer requirements
  • Carrying out inventories
  • Determination of the need for required work material
  • Occasional delivery trips to customers or suppliers

Your profile

  • Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively: relevant practical experience as a warehouse assistant
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems desirable
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability and commitment

We are looking for you to support our printing department, which is currently being successfully established. This includes operating the transfer presses, digital press and plotter. Ideally, you also have previous knowledge of common graphics programs in order to correct or adjust one or the other setting yourself. You should not be afraid to look critically at the goods before printing to assess the quality.

Your profile

Our new colleague is to help with joy and commitment in the expansion and successful development of our printing department. You should not be afraid of new techniques and enjoy experimenting to achieve good printing results. It is also important to us that you have a certain understanding of quality, when inspecting the parts to be printed and examine them for defects before printing.

Our customers appreciate our quality and reliability and also our adherence to delivery dates.

Some of the following requirements should apply to you:

  • completed training as a printer
  • or in other graphic arts or related field
  • craft training related to the graphic arts industry
  • good German and spelling skills
  • possibly basic knowledge in common graphic programs

Our former employee

What did you do at Haarhoff GmbH? What were you responsible for?
During my time at Haarhoff, I was mainly responsible for overseeing loyalty campaigns for end customers and employees. This included, for example, following current trends, regular article research, concept development and customer presentations as well as handling and monitoring purchasing and delivery processes – right through to organizing the dispatch of incentives to the recipients.

What did you learn from us?
An incredible amount – I started working at Haarhoff GmbH right after my commercial apprenticeship in a publishing house. That was a great new start – from the quiet editing/publishing marketing to the colorful agency life. You get an insight into all areas of a company. Marketing, sales, accounting – everything was there. After the induction, I quickly took over my own projects completely – from the customer’s inquiry to the project billing, you take full responsibility and also have to face one or the other “challenge”. You grow with your tasks 🙂

What did you like most?
The variety of work areas – there is no daily, “stupid” processing of the same tasks – you regularly receive interesting, new projects from a wide variety of customers. From classic promotional items for a trade fair to planning and co-developing websites – there was always something new.

How did you develop as a character?
Through the regular exchange with a wide variety of customers and partners, you get to know many different characters, come out more and approach “strangers” more openly. This also opens up many doors and opportunities in my private life.

what will you miss
The great colleagues and the variety of areas of responsibility – working with you was a lot of fun and I got to know a lot of great personalities.
