Our former employee
What did you do at Haarhoff GmbH? What were you responsible for?
During my time at Haarhoff, I was mainly responsible for overseeing loyalty campaigns for end customers and employees. This included, for example, following current trends, regular article research, concept development and customer presentations as well as handling and monitoring purchasing and delivery processes – right through to organizing the dispatch of incentives to the recipients.
What did you learn from us?
An incredible amount – I started working at Haarhoff GmbH right after my commercial apprenticeship in a publishing house. That was a great new start – from the quiet editing/publishing marketing to the colorful agency life. You get an insight into all areas of a company. Marketing, sales, accounting – everything was there. After the induction, I quickly took over my own projects completely – from the customer’s inquiry to the project billing, you take full responsibility and also have to face one or the other “challenge”. You grow with your tasks 🙂
What did you like most?
The variety of work areas – there is no daily, “stupid” processing of the same tasks – you regularly receive interesting, new projects from a wide variety of customers. From classic promotional items for a trade fair to planning and co-developing websites – there was always something new.
How did you develop as a character?
Through the regular exchange with a wide variety of customers and partners, you get to know many different characters, come out more and approach “strangers” more openly. This also opens up many doors and opportunities in my private life.
what will you miss
The great colleagues and the variety of areas of responsibility – working with you was a lot of fun and I got to know a lot of great personalities.
